Phase of Incorporation
Each And Every Processes In Sicobe are brought to execution after successful realization of quoted fees. Once we realized the documents and payments we start the Incorporation Phase. The detailed Phase are mentioned below.
Phase I Initiated
Day 1 : Processing of DIN (Director Identification Number) & DSC ( Digital Signature Certificate).
Day 2 : Awaiting DIN & DSC -> DIN & DSC Received.
Day 3 : Name Availability Check & Name Approval Application In Progress.
Day 4 : Pending For Action -> Assigned-> Pending For Approval/Resubmission.
Day 5 : Name Approved.
Phase I completed. Amount Due Expected to Initiate Phase II. Consequently amount due received.
Phase II Initiated
Day 6 : LLP Agreement Drafted.
Day 7 : Processing of Incorporation Application
Day 8 : Pending For Action -> Assigned-> Pending For Approval/Resubmission.
Day 9 : Certificate Of Incorporation Issued.
Day 10 : PAN (Permanent Account Number) of Company Applied.
Phase II completed. Complimentary Processes Scheduled .
Complimentary Processes Initiated
Day 11 : Bank Account Opening Procedures Begun.
Day 12 : Domain Registration & Hosting Applied.
Day 13 : Website Designing & Development In Progress.
